Contract Law
Contracts that say what you mean — drafted, reviewed and negotiated in Macedonian and English.
A contract's job is to be clear when the relationship no longer is. The Law on Obligations fills gaps, but rarely the way either side would have chosen — which is why the cheapest legal work you will ever buy is a proper review before signature.
I draft and review contracts for businesses and individuals: sale and purchase, services, lease, loan and security arrangements, construction and works agreements. When negotiating, the goal is a document both sides understand and can live with — enforceable protections, realistic deadlines, and consequences that are written down rather than assumed.
For cross-border work, I prepare parallel Macedonian–English versions and align them, so that the version a court reads and the version you read say the same thing.
