Do you work with foreign clients?

Yes — in English, including bilingual contracts and cross-border matters. Most work with foreign clients (company formation, real estate purchases, contracts) can be handled remotely, with powers of attorney where needed.

Can matters be handled without me coming to North Macedonia?

Often, yes. With a properly issued power of attorney, many procedures — incorporation, representation before institutions, parts of a property transaction — can be completed without your physical presence. Some steps, such as certain notarial acts, may require presence or additional formalities; you'll know exactly which in advance.

What should I bring to a first meeting about a dispute?

Everything in writing: contracts, invoices, correspondence, decisions, court papers if any — in whatever state they are. Deadlines decide disputes more often than arguments do, so bring documents early rather than organised.

How long do court proceedings take in North Macedonia?

It depends on the type of dispute, the court's workload and the other side's conduct — from months for straightforward enforcement to years for fought litigation. Part of my first assessment is a realistic timeline for your specific case, not a hopeful one.

Is what I tell you confidential?

Yes. Attorney–client confidentiality is a professional and legal obligation. It applies from the first conversation, whether or not you engage me.
