Litigation is a tool, not a destination. The first honest advice in any dispute is whether it's worth fighting — what the claim is realistically worth, what it will cost, and how long it will take. When the answer is yes, the case deserves full preparation: facts organised, evidence secured, deadlines controlled.

I represent clients in civil and commercial disputes — contract claims, payment claims, property and employment disputes — and in enforcement proceedings before enforcement agents, on both the creditor's and the debtor's side. Where settlement serves the client better than judgment, I negotiate it; where it doesn't, I litigate.
